I am pleased you are interested in joining us as Head of Resident Contact and Customer Experience. At Hammersmith and Fulham we are passionate about making things better for our residents and in this role you can really make a difference. We want to make sure our services are easy for our residents to access and that we are using the information our residents provide us to ensure we improve services to meet their needs.
We are delivering a number of projects that will transform our residents’ experience and in this role you will be at the forefront of this change which will involve all of the Council.
